**What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role you will:

- provide secretarial and administrative services to the Alternate Chair and Vice-Chairs of the Ontario Labour Relations Board
- prepare Board decisions and maintain Board decision data in the case management system

**How do I qualify?**:
**Computer Skills**:

- You have proficiency with computer software to prepare standard legal decisions within strict timelines.
- You have a thorough understanding of the functions of, and ability to accurately enter and query data in case management systems.

**Communication Skills**:

- You have demonstrated written and oral communication skills with the ability to use grammar and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of decisions.

**Organizational Skills**:

- You can manage a diverse workload, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- You have the ability to work independently in a team environment with mínimal supervision.

**Analytical, Judgement and Research Skills**:

- You can determine issues from brief instructions.
- You can research quotes from arbitration cases, precedents and citations for correct inclusion in Board decisions.

**Other Skills**:

- You have familiarity with legal terminology.
- You have the ability to use own initiative in managing sensitive and confidential issues.
