Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist provides support and coordination for Superior Propane’s recruitment process on a national basis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will maximize the attraction and recruitment of talent by partnering with Hiring Managers and the Human Resources team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment processes for assigned postings including posting vacant positions, interviews, coaching hiring managers, and communication of Superior Propane’s employment brand.

This full-time position is based in Cambridge, ON with a requirement to work in the office 1-2 days/week.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintain the status of job applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), liaising with the Hiring Manager, as required.
- Provide offers of employment for Hiring Manager to present and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork and orientation material.
- Partner with the HR Analyst to ensure job profiles are accurate and up-to-date and job evaluations are completed.
- Work with the HR Manager to define and execute strategic recruitment plan.

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruiting environment
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices across various Canadian geographies, remote location sourcing and seasonal recruitment demands
- Experience using an ATS (Dayforce preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience with Campus recruitment considered an asset
- Demonstrated effective relationship and stakeholder management skills in working collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders at all levels or organization to drive key Talent Acquisition and business priorities
- Prior successful experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize and continuously improve process in a fast-paced environment
