**Role Summary**:
Salary Range: $63,000 -$70,000 Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- University Degree/College Diploma (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent experience required
- Minimum three years in IT role preferred
- Proficient computer use with MS office and related software
- Experience with hardware - printers, scanners, cell phones
- Windows administration experience (Active Directory) an asset
- Previous computer operations experience (maintenance, setup, backup, problem solving)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in English)

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Support production for IT support requests
- Remote support - off hours and weekends
- Support various Barcode printers and scanners on the floor: includes cleaning and problem solving- Perform and verify AS/400 nightly backups
- Maintain forms and logs of requests; equipment database
- Train, coach and assist users throughout the company with problem resolution
