We are looking for a very detailed, smart, organized individual to work in a fast paced environment, answering phones, chats, bookings, inquiries, social media, responding to reviews and making winery itineraries and restaurant appointments. Must have amazing customer service skills, excellent with numbers, and has great organization skills.

You will be working alongside the owners and guest experiences manager coordinating wine tours for our guests in our home office. This job is 5 days a week Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5:00pm. Mondays and Tuesdays are off. This is a contract seasonal job which will commence March 15th and will end towards the end in October, depending on how busy we are: )

Applicants must have the following skills
- Laptop and cell phone to be able full-fill remote position
- Administration experience: Word, Excel,.pdf are a must - other Microsoft office programs are a plus, but not necessary
- Customer Service experience a must
- Fantastic sales ability in order to secure business.
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Quick learner, ability to think outside the box, quick decision making
- Knowledge of the Okanagan Wine Regions especially **West Kelowna, East Kelowna, Lake Country, Naramata Bench, Okanagan Falls, Summerland, Okanagan Falls and Osoyoos/Oliver**
- Experience with scheduling preferred
- Internet savy
- Knowledge of Wordpress websites, social media (Facebook/Meta business suite and Instagram as well as Google My Business), and Canva preferred or the willingness to learn
- Experience with any online booking program (IE: Checkfront**, Bookeo, etc) preferred but not necessary
- Event planning experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience with Google Maps (or other online map program)
- Enjoys wine, especially Okanagan preferred - but not necessary

Bonuses based on company sales
