Orillia Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Orillia Mazda as **Sales Administrator.**
We are looking for an individual who has excellent customer service skills, highly organized, strong computer skills, reliability, effective listening & communication skills, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Welcome customers with a smile and in a friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Complete the process for stocking in New & Used vehicles.
- Prepare licensing.
- Print & Fund finance contracts.
- Prepare after market contacts.
- Organize and coordinate with couriers.
- Assist and support the General Sales Manager & Sales leader at all times.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in an administrative position.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Takes initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with different departments.
