Boscus Canada Inc is a well-established company in the lumber industry since 1981. We are looking for an **Sales support specialist** who will be at the **heart of our EWP **(Engineered Wood product) **Gatineau department.**

You will provide support by assisting the purchasing/sales EWP department. You will help with **sales-related inquiries**, enter new orders, **track orders**, **investigate any related purchasing/sales issues** and **provide exceptional customer service**.

**Customer service**
- Sending order confirmations to our customers
- Follow up with logistics for accurate delivery
- Organize sales to maximize shipments
- Contact our customers with updates on order status and delivery.

**Inventory management, logistics & purchasing**
- Work with EWP team to track our inventory positions and turns.
- Enter and proceed purchase orders to suppliers.
- Cross-check purchase order confirmations for accuracy
- Ensure loads are organized to maximize shipments
- Follow-up on expedition and delivery.

**Knowledge, Skills and abilities**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented and able to analyze and assess a situation for the best outcome.
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience preferably from manufacturing and/or distribution environment
- High proficiency with MS Office environment
- Must be bilingual.

Boscus Canada Inc. est une entreprise bien établie dans l'industrie du bois d'œuvre depuis 1981. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **spécialiste en soutien aux ventes** qui sera au cœur de notre département de produits de bois d’ingénierie (EWP) de Gatineau.

À ce titre, vous fournirez le soutien au département des ventes/achats des produits de bois d’ingénierie en répondant aux demandes de renseignements, en entrant les commandes et en assurant les suivis. Vous contribuerez à résoudre les enjeux liés aux achats/ventes, tout en fournissant un excellent service à la clientèle.

**Service à la clientèle**
- Prendre les commandes des clients par téléphone et par courrier électronique et les saisir.
- Envoyer les confirmations de commande à nos clients
- Assurer le suivi avec la logistique pour une livraison précise.
- Travailler avec la logistique pour planifier le chargement de nos expéditions multi-dépôts.
- Contacter nos clients pour les informer de l'état de la commande et de la livraison.

**Gestion des stocks, logistique et achats**
- Travailler avec l'équipe EWP pour suivre les inventaires et les rotations de nos stocks.
- Saisir et transmettre les bons de commande aux fournisseurs.
- Vérifier l'exactitude des confirmations de commande
- S'assurer que les chargements sont organisés de manière à maximiser les expéditions
- Assurer le suivi des expéditions et des livraisons.

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**
- Excellentes aptitudes au service à la clientèle
- À l’aise dans un environnement multi-tâches
- Sens de l ’organisation
- Rigueur et souci du détail, résolution de problèmes
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en travail de bureau, de préférence dans un environnement de fabrication et/ou de distribution.
- Grande maîtrise de l'environnement MS Office
- Bilinguisme (anglais-français), à l’oral et à l’écrit (obligatoire)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
