**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized office environment by keeping supplies stocked and managing inventory.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient typing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for customer support interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
