Our Creaform Engineering division is looking for an internal sales specialist for business development whose main mission will be to perform tasks to support the existing team. The person will be responsible for generating service offering presentations, maintaining contact with clients and generating revenue, working within standard or accepted practices.

***Your projects will lead you to**:

- Prospecting through different methods, including cold calls, instant communication tool on the website, referrals, trade shows, local events and market research in collaboration with the marketing staff,
- Knowledge of various grants/subsidies that can contribute to our clients' success;
- Qualify incoming leads and contact potential clients in relation to Creaform Engineering's service offering. Provide and collect the information required to start discussions and plan meetings to evaluate projects/client needs;
- Prepare and organize files for the start of business relationships;
- Work closely with Account Managers to advance the sales process and maintain an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle;
- Assist Account Managers in the submission of service offers and ensure upstream follow-up of orders;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the department's strategic business plans;
- Responsible for the beginning of the sales process, from prospecting to order placement, as well as the follow-up of customer satisfaction. Also coordinates post mortem activities and follow-up of post delivery actions;
- Support to the marketing team.

**You will feel at home if you**:

- Hold a degree in business administration / marketing with 1-3 year(s) experience;
- Have sales/customer support experience in an international company is an important asset;
- Have an interest in engineering;
- Have a notable interest in customer support and/or sales;
- Have experience with CRM software is an important asset;
- Have experience with CRM software is an asset; Experience in project management of product development is an asset;
- Have knowledge and experience in engineering, manufacturing and metrology is an asset;
- Are a hands-on person with good personal and sales skills.
