**Responsibilities/Duties of the Marketing + Sales Coordinator**:

- Provide pre
- and post-sale marketing support to HERO’s sales team and other assistance to field sales staff as needed.
- Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results.
- Organize and maintain marketing database ensuring information is accurate and available.
- Support event management (trade show, conference seminar, webinars, user group, etc.); schedule, coordination, registration, rentals, logistics, sales collateral, etc.
- Maintain and administer content of HERO’s web site, social media accounts, sales collateral, and magazine advertisement.
- Provide assistance for a range of communication tools for all external/internal publications, supporting the preparation of marketing communications, electronic, print and media.
- Work with other business units to create/revise marketing collateral, promotional signage and displays.
- Maintaining product-line catalogue data and assist the development of sales & marketing specials and promotions. Manage procurement and distribution of promotional items and collateral.
- Manage translation of marketing and sales materials to support local languages.
- Process incoming sales orders and communicate with staff in other departments as well as customers to insure accuracy of same.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in communications or marketing, and/or equivalent work experience in marketing administrative role is a plus
- Highly organized, with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and internet savvy, technological thinker, knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) in a Windows environment
- Ability to take initiative and a proactive approach to take tasks to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and think ahead
- Ability to handle shifting priorities
- Strong administrative and planning skills.
- Motivation to learn

**Nice to have**:

- Fluent in English and French (not mandatory), both written and spoken
- Basic graphic design skills desirable, basic proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional, InDesign, and Illustrator
