- Le CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Ile-de-Montréal est à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets, pour combler un remplacement à temps complet, au sein de la direction des services multidisciplinaires, en soutien au service de Batshaw DPJ et le Programme jeunesse. L’emploi est basé aux Centres de la jeunesse et de la famille Batshaw, situés à Westmount. La personne retenue sera appelée à se déplacer sur l’ensemble du territoire du CIUSSS.
- Titre d’emploi à l’interne : Agent(e) de planification, de programmation et de recherche (APPR)
- Sous l’autorité du conseiller cadre psychosocial - volet curateur public, vous contribuerez à l’amélioration et au développement des bonnes pratiques ainsi qu’à l’élaboration de divers programmes selon les besoins et priorités en DPJ. Vous soutiendrez l’élaboration des programmes et participerez au développement d’outils cliniques ainsi qu’à leur implantation, à l’élaboration et la révision de politiques, de protocoles et de plans d’action en vue d’améliorer la qualité de service et d’aider à répondre aux besoins des usagers.
- Horaire : lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 16h30
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Préparer et animer diverses formes de comités cliniques (ex : rencontres de programme, comités de pairs, groupes d’intérêts, etc);
- Effectuer des revues de littérature en soutien au développement des pratiques à privilégier;
- Entretenir des liens de collaboration avec divers intervenant (ordres professionnels) et participer aux activités des centres d’expertises et d’excellence;
- Participer aux audits concernant la qualité des données cliniques colligés aux dossiers des usagers ainsi qu’à l’élaboration et à la révision des structures de contrôle de la qualité;
- Valider le contenu des outils d’évaluation et d’intervention clinique complétés par les intervenants terrain;
- Veiller à ce que des communications et des liens soient établis entre les services du CIUSSS et avec les partenaires de la communauté pour le bénéfice de l’usager;
- Concevoir, préparer et animer les activités de transfert d’apprentissage.
- Élaborer, mettre en place, réviser ou coordonner, en collaboration avec la direction cliente, le déploiement d’un modèle, d’une approche ou d’un programme d’intervention;
- Élaborer et réviser différents documents qui encadrent la pratique (politiques, procédures, protocoles, cadres de références, guide d’intervention, etc.) en lien avec le cadre législatif ainsi que les politiques et règlements en découlant.

- Requirements :- Détient un baccalauréat en services sociales ou une autre discipline pertinente pour ce poste (criminologie, psychoéducation, psychologie, etc.)*;
- Détient une maitrise dans une discipline pertinente, un atout;
- Est membre en règle de l’OTSTCFQ, un atout;
- Est apte à communiquer efficacement, verbalement et par écrit, en français et en anglais;
- Détient de l’expérience en intervention ainsi qu’auprès de la clientèle en DPJ et jeunesse;
- Détient de l’expérience en supervision clinique pour une clientèle DPJ et jeunesse, un atout;
- A de l’expérience en animation, en enseignement ou à titre de formateur, un atout;
- Connaît les lois, les programmes et modèles d’intervention en DPJ et jeunesse, un aout.
