**Job description**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of all products and supplies entering and leaving the warehouse. Ensure all freight handling processes comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Guarantee that all orders are processed and shipped to customers on schedule, adhering strictly to delivery times to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintains files which include but is not limited to opening the file, entering and updating online systems with applicable data elements, pre-alerting the customer, billing the file within 5 days of the arrival of cargo at Port inland CY / ICD or Airport, issuing applicable forms and documents, and closing the file.
- Strategically plan the layout and space allocation of the warehouse to minimize loss or damage and maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Manage annual inventory cycle counts and periodic spot-checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Respond promptly to any discrepancies or shortages.
- Develop and enforce safety and security policies to ensure a secure and safe working environment for all staff. Ensure all handling of regulated products and hazardous materials is documented and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage logistics processes to ensure efficient delivery of products, coordinating with transportation partners and liaising with customs brokers regularly.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead daily briefings to discuss progress and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee a preventative maintenance program for warehouse equipment and the facility to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Stay updated with and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies concerning warehouse operations.
- Undertake additional tasks as required, which may include performing duties typically handled by crew members.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Skill Factors:

- University/College degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
- 1.5 years of direct work experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, Stock taking and transportation management, including experience with international shipments and duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with customers and prospective business.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
- Proficiency in IT systems, such as MS Office, Google Doc / Sheet and standard CRM
- Feel comfortable to communicate with Chinese Mandarin.
