We are currently seeking a person ready to roll up their sleeves and join our Burnaby team as our next Labourer. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air. This role works in two areas: on customer sites changing HVAC unit air filters, and in our warehouse, ensuring that goods flow in and out smoothly.

**The day-to-day activities of our Laborer include**:

- Service Delivery - Inspect and change air filters in HVAC units and perform the associated repairs and housekeeping duties to ensure that our customers continuously have clean indoor air.
- Shipping and Receiving - Perform various warehouse tasks while ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to Safety - Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a safe work environment for all team members, conducting hazard assessments, and documenting any incidents or near misses.
- 1+ years of labour experience
- Experience in a warehouse setting

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour in addition to RSP matching, Benefits, and Health Spending Account.
