**Job Summary**:
RIC Power Corp., a leading electrical manufacturing company, is seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within our production facility and supporting the material handling department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the production facility clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Sweep, remove debris, use the floor cleaner and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Support production/material handling team members with various tasks, such as material handling and inventory management.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
