**Primary Purpose**:
To provide exceptional leadership and coordination of student and alumni engagement activities that contribute to positive learning experiences and engagement with Acsenda School of Management (ASM) before, during and after their studies. This role is essential to developing and delivering a positive student experience and contributing to the retention and success of students.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Coordination of services and activities as identified in the Student Services Framework to promote student engagement and retention.
- Overseeing development and organization of Student leadership initiatives, including the Student Association and clubs.
- Providing information and support to students on student housing, immigration, medical insurance, health and wellness and other related areas
- Resolution of student life issues as required
- Planning and coordination of emergency support needs for students and refers
- Liaising with students, faculty, staff and other stakeholders to identify student life programming needs on campus and in the community.
- Coordination of orientation and pre-arrival programs and activities.
- Developing and maintaining website content, and promotion of events on social media for student and alumni services.
- Editing of student handbooks and manuals
- Engagement of alumni members through facilitating Alumni Association activities and initiatives and targeted communication.
- Coordination of Annual Convocation Ceremony and budget.
- Support and coordination of services for exchange students.
- Monitoring student satisfaction and student services program effectiveness.
- Preparation of internal and external reports as required.
- Other duties as may be required

**Qualifications, Experience & Technical Skills**:

- A bachelor level degree;
- Ability to speak and write a second language related to the source countries of our applicants is desirable.
- At least two years' experience in student life programming, and/or providing services or administration in a post-secondary degree granting institution is preferred;
- Excellent organization and time management skills; consistently meets deadlines and performance targets;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively;
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and produce accurate reports; attention to detail;
- strong level of proficiency with MS Office and Excel; and social media
- An empathy with and ability to communicate effectively with international students and agents from diverse cultural backgrounds;
- Previous experience demonstrates cooperation and collaboration with others, sound judgment;
- Initiative in solving problems and recommending improvements to work processes.
