The Position: Technical Administrative Assistant
Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario

As a **Technical Administrative Assistant**, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our tech-focused office.

**Responsibilities**:
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.

Communication: Facilitating communication between colleagues, clients, and business partners.

Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial tasks.

Problem-Solving: Addressing operational challenges and finding solutions.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with office software, databases, and other tech tools such as MS365 Word, Excel etc...

Minimum 2 years administrative experience or equivalent
Post Secondary Education or relative experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and attire
Able to pass criminal background clearance requirements
