**What You Will Do With Us**

As the **District Administrative Specialist** based in our **Calgary** location, you will be the first point of contact providing exemplary client service encompassing a high level of professionalism. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide general administrative support and offer general assistance & information to callers on banner products, locations, addresses and contacts.

- **You will be the face of the branch** and be the first point of contact and will answer all inquiries and telephone calls with a high level of passion and enthusiasm
- **You are professional **and looking to make a difference by ensuring you provide a high level of customer service
- **You will make a difference** by helping your fellow colleagues by taking on administrative tasks and also ensuring that they receive all the documentation to do their job in a timely fashion.
- **You will be a Brand Ambassador** and will enhance every customer experience with your ability to offer exceptional service, your great communication skills and your friendly demeanour and ensure all company policies are followed.

**Who Are You**
- You have a minimum of 1-year related reception or switchboard experience
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook & Excel; AS400 an asset
- You embody the highest level of professionalism and polish
- You have excellent written and verbal skills
- You have excellent time management and organizational skills
