Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position.

**Duties**:

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information
- Process service orders and ensure accurate data entry
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Provide general administrative support to the service department
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Looking up parts for technicians as necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Customer service or customer support experience is a plus

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
