**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for promoting the CI culture at Triple E through a partnership with managers, supervisors and employees to improve operational processes in the company with a focus on building a culture that provides the freedom to explore and an opportunity to grow to all employees at Triple E.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage CI project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support leaders in driving and developing the CI culture in their departments.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with project teams to track progress and address any challenges.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change logs.
- Collaborate with team members, managers, and supervisors to facilitate project implementation.
- Act as a point of contact for all CI project-related inquiries and issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging feedback.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process changes and monitor their impact to ensure effectiveness.
- Facilitate training and development sessions on CI methodologies and tools.
- Develop CI training materials and tools.
- Ensure CI projects comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking skills.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management or a willingness to undergo relevant training.
- Ability to effectively create training material.
- Ability to effectively train employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Possess a positive attitude, patience, self-motivation, and adaptability.
- Ability to focus, actively listen, stay open-minded, and ask insightful questions when necessary.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E.
- Legal right to work in Canada.

**Working Conditions**:

- Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, on-site.
- Working in an office environment.
- Will be required to be in the production facility where you may be exposed to dust and chemicals. When in the production facility, safety glasses and hearing protection are required.
