We Are Looking for a hands on, effective individual to join our team.

**Job Duties**:

- Persistent in keeping up with non-contact sales pipeline.
- Vehicle sourcing and selection.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Prepare sales order to Finance Director.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle.
- Learn how to read credit bureau and helping customers understand credit.
- Working with Subprime customers.
- Assist with picking up vehicles and preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
- Expected to make 10 dials a day to 100 a week to clients
- Get customers feedback and online reviews.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look for**:

- 1+ years of Sales Or Finance experience
- **G** Drivers Licenses With clean Driving abstract
- Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Clean criminal background check (Canada and International)
- OMVIC License (required)

**Salary**: $100,000-$200,000 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (preferred)

Work Location: In person
