**Reports to**:Service Manager

**Summary**

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the position is responsible for the supervision of the Valet Drivers and the coordination of Valet services for multiple locations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greets customers ensuring optimum customer service.
- Schedules customer transportation according to customer requests and service schedules.
- Coordinates the transportation of customer vehicles to requested locations after they have been serviced.
- Coordinates the pick-up of customer vehicles from specified locations and transports them back to the dealership for service.
- Completes all required documentation for loaner/rental agreements.
- Inspects customer vehicle before departure and/or return to the service centre.
- Performs other duties as required i.e. pick up tires, coordinate deliveries etc.
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written English) and customer service skills
- Good supervisory skills
- Must be a self starter who can work effectively and efficiently on own
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to manage time so as to create and maintain an appropriate schedule
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON L3Y 9A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
