**About the Role**:
The HR Co-op Student is responsible for work supporting the activities of the HR department, usually through the completion of specific projects that are developmental or continuous improvement based. Students are expected to perform and participate as full members of the departmental team throughout their 13-month contract in order to ensure mutual benefit within a specified timeframe.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Variable duties as assigned by the HR Department.
- Work with the Health and Safety team to address issues within the plant.
- Aid in document management.
- Work with the Recruiter to perform phone screens and resume screening.
- Perform projects as assigned by members of the HR department.
- Aid in the completion of department goals.
- Aid in year round events planning.
- Comes to work each day, as scheduled.
- Approaches each day and each challenge with a positive attitude.
- Conducts themselves in a professional manner when receiving or giving feedback/information, whether it is positive or constructive.
- Follows and complies with all operational procedures/policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety programs (e.g., TS16949, ISO14001, ISO 45001, IATF).

- You are currently enrolled in a post-secondary Co-op program that relates to Human Resources.
- You have an upbeat and service-oriented attitude.
