**Position: Meta Ads and Content Creator**
Location: Montreal or Toronto
**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize, produce, and execute high-quality video and still ad content for social media platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Plan, design, and manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that enhance brand presence.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance metrics to maximize reach and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising and content creation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in shooting, editing, and creating engaging video and still content for social media (portfolio required).
- Expertise in using Meta Business Suite and ad tools for campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising strategies, particularly for Meta platforms.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. As the primary market is the United States, the ability to communicate, create, and strategize in English is a deal breaker.
- Portfolios and resumes must be submitted in English.
- Ability to work independently and deliver creative solutions within tight deadlines.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and refine campaigns for optimal results.
**Preferred Education**:
- A degree or diploma in Video Production, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, with a focus on video creation and/or social media marketing.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint or other relevant platforms are an advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with advanced ad strategies, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of additional platforms like TikTok and Google Ads is a plus.

- Concevoir, produire et exécuter du contenu publicitaire vidéo et fixe de haute qualité pour les réseaux sociaux, avec un focus particulier sur les plateformes Meta (Facebook et Instagram).
- Planifier, concevoir et gérer des campagnes publicitaires payantes en s’assurant qu’elles correspondent aux objectifs commerciaux et aux audiences cibles.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour développer des stratégies de contenu renforçant la présence de la marque.
- Surveiller, analyser et optimiser les performances publicitaires pour maximiser la portée et le retour sur investissement (ROI).
- Rester à jour sur les nouvelles tendances, outils et meilleures pratiques en matière de publicité sur les réseaux sociaux et de création de contenu.
**Exigences**:
- Expérience avérée dans la création, le tournage et le montage de contenu vidéo et d’images fixes engageants pour les réseaux sociaux (portfolio requis).
- Maîtrise de Meta Business Suite et des outils publicitaires pour la gestion de campagnes.
- Solide connaissance des stratégies publicitaires sur les réseaux sociaux, en particulier pour les plateformes Meta.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire. Comme le marché principal est les États-Unis, la capacité de communiquer, de créer et de planifier en anglais est non négociable.
- Les portfolios et CV doivent être soumis en anglais.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à proposer des solutions créatives dans des délais serrés.
- Compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données de performance et affiner les campagnes en conséquence.
**Formation préférée**:
- Un diplôme ou certificat en Production Vidéo, Marketing, Publicité ou un domaine connexe, avec un accent sur la création de vidéos et/ou le marketing des réseaux sociaux.
- Les certifications telles que Meta Blueprint ou d’autres plateformes pertinentes sont un atout.
**Qualifications préférées**:
- Expérience avec des logiciels de montage vidéo comme Adobe Premiere Pro ou Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarité avec des stratégies publicitaires avancées, y compris les tests A/B et le ciblage d’audience.
- Connaissance d’autres plateformes comme TikTok et Google Ads est un plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
