Our Creative Content Specialist will write, edit and review content and messaging for several different digital marketing services, including organic social media posts, paid social media posts, paid ads, Google Ads, landing pages, marketing materials, blogs, eCommerce product descriptions and email marketing.

The Creative Content Specialist will write, edit, and review content to ensure it is clear, engaging and aligns with brand guidelines.
Ensure content is error-free. (Ensure content aligns with the client's brand voice and tone.
Work closely with specialists across teams to ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with the client's brand.
Work closely with clients when updates to content are requested via feedback.
Interpret creative direction and technical information and ensure its persuasive copy.
Write and edit copy in our client's brand voice, speaking to their target audience.
Work with clients and the internal team to create, edit and modify copy to meet marketing goals.
Write and edit short and eye-catching copy that stands out on social media.
Write and edit Google Ads within the platform to help create persuasive, responsive ads that convert and follow best practices.
Assist Organic Social Media and Email teams in creating editorial calendars.
Ongoing training and learning on engagement monitoring and reporting.
Strategize and plan, write or edit for Thrive's own organic social media.
Continuously improve social media strategies by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and determining how to best utilize the information.
Stay current with social media (both organic and paid) and overall digital marketing trends and tools.
Write and edit content to ensure excellent Google Ads and know how to work in the platform to develop persuasive, strong responsive ads.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content for clients' social media presence.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content for clients' email marketing.
Write, edit, and manage high-quality, engaging content for clients' landing pages.
Write and edit compelling, clear, and error-free original content that reflects the company's brand and voice.
Work closely with our in-house graphic design team to assist in developing compelling content that is visually appealing.
Work closely with our in-house social media strategy team to optimize content.
Ensure our branding and tone are consistent across all platforms.
Collaborate with creative departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials.
Interpret creative direction and technical information to edit relatable, well-organized, and easy-to-understand copy.
Work closely with our Creative Content Manager and team of copywriters to ensure high-quality, consistent content across campaigns and requests.
Thrive Project Management:
Using the project management tool, assess each client's project task status and progress weekly to keep up-to-date on open action items. The management system will provide ways to record, track and delegate current tasks, communicate with the client and act as a hub for client documents and assets. Implementation of the project management tool will be essential for the overall success of the team.

3-5 years of social media and paid advertising copy editing experience.
~Experience editing content across all of the major social media platforms.
~ Experience working with a team of writers and managers to ensure high-quality content across multiple campaigns and business verticals.
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or other applicable business majors preferred but not required.
~ Ability to work within project management apps, log time and prioritize tasks.
~ Ability to work closely with a Creative Content Manager and a team of copy editors.
~ Great time management skills to help meet daily deadlines.
