Media Buyer/ Search Arbitrage

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. Must be data-driven, proficient with Meta, Tiktok, Google & native ads and have handled accounts of over $100,000/month ad budget. Should be well versed with Search and Content Arbitrage. If you have a deep understanding of GDN strategies, a proven track record of driving results, and the ability to maximize ROI, we want to hear from you.
**Skills**:
- Develop and execute effective media buying strategies for advertising campaigns on the Google Display Network.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, demographics, and relevant websites for maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, budget allocations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and optimize compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with the brand's guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, regularly analyzing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to identify top-performing ad variations and optimize campaign elements, such as ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, changes in the Google Display Network, and emerging media buying strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and high-converting ad designs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with publishers and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to success.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for improvement and future campaign strategies.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, such as ad networks, publishers, and technology partners, to explore additional advertising opportunities and enhance campaign performance.
- Having a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrating proven experience as a Media Buyer, with a focus on the Google Display Network.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and experience in managing GDN campaigns.
- Demonstrating success in optimizing campaign performance and delivering exceptional ROI.
- Being proficient in using Google Ads and associated tools for campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
