**INSIDE SALES AND FIELD ACTIVATION REPRESENTATIVE**

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales and Field Activation Representative is responsible for enhancing the company’s position for future growth through sales to retail stores in the province.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales and business development activities including “warm” calling to targeted retailers
- Track and maintain key points of information related to sales activities and use best practices for route planning, call frequency and tracking performance against objective
- Represent the company on site at retailers during Product Activation sessions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cannabis retail teams-budtenders, store managers and inventory managers and consumers
- Represent the brand positively and generate brand awareness
- Build and deliver presentations and use effective selling techniques to introduce products, features and benefits and educate store staff
- Prepare and submit weekly reporting to management summarizing results against objectives

**Qualification and Educational Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of retail/sales experience, cannabis retail experience preferred
- Hubspot proficiency is considered an asset
- Knowledge of cannabis market and trends considered an asset
- Driver’s license required

**Skill Requirements**:

- Process-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated time management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Other Details**:
Location: Halifax, NS

Compensation: To be determined based on skills and experience

Reimbursement of mileage and business-related expenses

Travel: Will be required to travel for sales purpose to PEI, NB and Newfoundland

Status and Hours: Full-time
