**Job Purpose**:
As the Executive VP of Global Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, establishing and nurturing partnerships, and ultimately expanding our presence within Fortune Global 500 company ecosystems. Your deep understanding of these organizations’ sales processes, procurement systems, and business requirements will enable you to craft winning strategies and secure key partnerships. This position will also have you collaborating closely with our suppliers, clients, and partners to develop our company, increase production, and launch new products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business and reaching new heights by leveraging your substantial experience in selling directly to Fortune Global 500 companies like Apple and Samsung. A key objective of this role will be to develop and implement a growth strategy targeting that aligns with VueReal’s overall strategic objectives.

**YOUR** Day-to-day Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our footprint in the consumer electronics industry.
- Conduct through market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify potential business opportunities within Fortune Global 500 company ecosystems. Proactively prospect, pitch, and execute deals to secure long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product adoption.
- Drive new sales activities within the MicoLED business to achieve revenue targets within the defined territory.
- Direct management and business development plan to establish new key clients and channel partners.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements within the industry to identify potential risks and opportunities. Adapt strategies as necessary, positioning the company as an innovative thought-leader within Fortune Global 500 company ecosystems.
- Work with the VP of Product to develop strategy and activities to support achievement of targets.
- Forge and nurture solid and sustainable relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Lead business development initiatives, including meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to refine product offerings and strategies for market penetration.
- Build guide and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve their individual and team objectives.
- Represent VueReal at industry events, trade shows, and conferences at a high level.

**Tools/Skills **you need for your role:

- Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior business development or executive role, ideally within the consumer electronics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Strong and proven technical knowledge of MicroLED products is an asset.
- Proven track record in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a target driven and demanding environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately to ensure customer facing time is maximized.
- Account development and relationship building skills to maximize commercial opportunities.
