**Snapshots of the Problems you will be solving**:

- How do we use Caseware’s platform to make accountants and auditors more efficient, producing higher quality work and creating more value from the work?
- How do we bring the power of data analytics to an audit?
- How do we create a best-in-class suite of products for accountants and auditors in a very competitive marketplace?

**Responsibilities**:

- Review the existing templates for areas of improvement and make recommendations.
- Review content from our content provider (CPA Canada PEG) and design how to best implement the content in our templates.
- Creating efficiencies in solutions by adding logic to drive automation.
- Entry of accounting and auditing content into our template solutions using the features available in the solution.
- Work with our support team and clients to identify causes for reported issues, and determine the best solutions.
- Identify the extent to which a particular bug poses a risk to the template and triaging strategies to manage the risk, as well as the ability to say no when required.
- Properly document design changes for both internal use and client use in technical bulletins and training materials including videos.
- Working with template developers and quality assurance teams to improve upon the content process, as well as discuss with template developers the design of forms created using CaseView design mode as necessary.
- Maintaining content within a solution to ensure compliance with the relevant standards.
- Responsible for the overall content quality assurance before the release.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- A CPA with public practice experience, with a strong interest in technology.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Canadian audit and accounting standards.
- In-Depth knowledge of Caseware Working Papers and CaseView authoring is required.
- Experience liaising with clients and prioritizing/accessing requests.
- Practical knowledge of Audit, Review, and Compilation methodology.
- Understand customer/user needs of the content within the product to make recommendations on content-based features/functionality.

**Knowledge of the following is not required but is an asset**:

- Previous experience with CaseView’s XWKS function is highly desirable.
