**Responsibilities**:
- Present status reports to the project management team and client-
- Update and develop effective financial and scheduling reports for multiple projects-
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecast management, and movement reporting-
- Develop and maintain project workforce plans and staff plans-
- Extract, analyze data, and build reports utilizing multiple platforms-
- Set-up and maintain systems for monitoring cost, schedule, engineering, and construction progress using specialized software platforms-
- Assist with the development, implementation, and management of a reporting data warehouse to produce program controls reports and data for multiple large projects-
- Document schedule progress-
- Analyze and evaluate schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, forecasting, and document control-
- Coordinate production of fiscal period project status reports, i.e. monthly project reports and weekly flash reports-
- Work with the team on engineering, procurement, and construction planning and scheduling-
- Support risk management and reporting processes for the project- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Note: Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement-
- A minimum of 6+ years of direct project controls experience utilizing project management principals-
- Previous experience in engineering consulting or construction is a strong asset-
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Project Online, Project for the Web, PowerBI, Power Automate, MS Teams and MS SharePoint-
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including creation of Pivot tables) and PowerBI (creation of data sets) and QuickBase (SQL tables)-
- Prior experience managing project schedules and costs through scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera and QuickBase is an asset-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills-
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills-
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and external stakeholders**Job Type**:
