Sommaire du poste:
Mark Edwards Group recherche un(e) coordinateur(trice) d'étiquetage et d'emballage pour rejoindre son équipe opérationnelle. Le coordinateur des étiquettes et de l'emballage travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des opérations pour l'emballage, l'approbation et l'envoi des étiquettes aux fournisseurs.

Une journée type:

- Envoyer toutes les étiquettes et tous les emballages au fournisseur désigné une fois que le bon de commande a été traité.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le client (pour les étiquettes de marketing et les changements de commande).
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les coordinateurs de production et l'équipe de vente.
- Approbation de tous les modèles d'étiquettes et d'emballages
- Commande d'étiquettes/de fiches de prix auprès de différents fournisseurs désignés
- Suivi de toutes les modifications et apport de tous les changements nécessaires.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe:

- Minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un poste similaire (de préférence dans l'industrie de la mode).
- Vous devez avoir le sens du détail et être capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail rapide.
- Vous devez être capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Excellentes compétences en communication (anglais et français).

Position summary:
Mark Edwards Apparel is looking for a **Label and Packaging Coordinator** to join its operations team. The Label and Packaging Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager packaging, approving, and sending labels to vendors.

A day in the life:

- Sending all label and packaging to designated vendor once purchase order is processed
- Working closely with the customer (for marketing labels & PO changes)
- Working closely with the production coordinators and sales team
- Approvals of all labels/packing layouts
- Ordering of labels/price tickets from different nominated suppliers
- Keeping track of all amendments and providing all the necessary changes.

What you bring to the team:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (preferably in the fashion industry).
- Must be detail oriented and be able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills (English and French).
