Allied is looking for an
**Guest Experience Manager **to join our team at The Well.

The Well is a unique and innovative joint venture between Allied and Riocan.

Located at Spadina and Front, The Well brings together three million square feet of retail, office, and residential space constructed over 7.7 acres. Through this, The Well sets the stage for meaningful experiences that draw people from down the street and across the globe to eat, shop, work, live and play in Toronto.

**What will you do?**:

- Build a Guest Experience team and provide coaching, development and mentorship throughout their employee journeys.
- Develop and execute guest experience programming that inspires, delights and connects guests at every touchpoint, both in-person and digital.
- Create a platform for guests to access and reference The Well’s services, amenities and programs, from gift card sales to events and activations.
- Establish and deliver a retail tenant onboarding process, orienting new tenants to everything The Well has to offer, including our gift card program and Wirk’n recruiting platform.
- Manage The Well’s gift card program.
- Support the delivery of events and ensure guests receive the best possible experience.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with The Well retailers, office users, residence managers, local hotel concierge teams and community organizations.
- Oversee all Guest Experience community engagement and communication systems and content, actively cultivating an online conversation about The Well and reacting to our audience’s responses in real time.
- Implement relevant reporting tools to monitor and account for the impact of Guest Experience services and programs.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of customer service, hospitality or related experience;
- Post-secondary education preferably in Business, Hospitality, Communications or relevant field;
- Ability to autonomously lead and effectively manage a team;
- Experience in creating and managing employee schedules
- Knowledge of Google Suite and streamlined social media platforms;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS Tools, and online analytics;
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and follow strict deadlines;
- Able to adapt to changes in workflow and business priorities with ease;
- Natural relationship builder and team worker;
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
