Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the availability of tables
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Help to manage waitlists during peak hours
- Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests when needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette

Pay: $15.60-$16.55 per hour
