About **T**he **R**ole: *
You will be the face of Thentia for many of our customers as you will troubleshoot their issues and champion their successes. As an Application Support Analyst, you will work collaboratively with Engineers, QA Analysts, Customer Success Managers, Business Analysts and Product Managers of the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities: *
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to project configurations, custom reports, data integrity, and batch job and engage in-depth troubleshooting and advance corrective actions
- Escalate true product bugs to Engineering Team and become a liaison between customer and the Engineering Teams
- Ensure the customer requests are addressed based on agreed-upon SLA
- Foster a healthy community and collect product feedback and technical blockers to help shape the roadmap with the Product and Engineering teams in both pre
- and post-sales phases

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in both technology and customer-facing roles
- Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with querying data from Databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies is required
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages, such as Java, PHP, C#, Python etc.
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer science

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working with a front-end JavaScript framework such as AngularJS.
- Working knowledge of Git or another version control system in a team setting
