Votre rôle

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
Vos tâches et responsabilités comprennent, mais sans s’y limiter, les éléments suivants:
Collaborer à toutes les activités qui ont trait à la vente et aux revenus de l’entreprise afin de bien cerner les exigences et priorités informatiques
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’architecture d’entreprise afin d’évaluer la mise en place de nouveaux outils ou l’amélioration d’outils existants.
Définir, hiérarchiser et commanditer les initiatives de programme et de projet pour l’entreprise
Communiquer les besoins de l’entreprise aux équipes informatiques appropriées afin de garantir une adéquation entre les besoins de l’entreprise et ses capacités techniques
Maintenir une connaissance à jour des orientations actuelles et futures de l’industrie et des technologies associées et, le cas échéant, faire des recommandations afin d’établir de nouveaux systèmes ou technologies ou d’améliorer ceux qui existent
Assurer la gestion et le contrôle des fonds qui lui sont affectés pour ses projets

Expérience requise
Obligatoire
Minimum de trois ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que responsable du développement - Salesforce
Trois ans d’expérience minimums avec les méthodologies agiles, notamment les environnements d’amélioration continue et Lean

Leader autonome et solide capable d’organiser des équipes pour fournir des solutions pertinentes et de qualité à nos clients internes
Expérience en développement et mise en œuvre de changements de systèmes et de processus informatiques visant à améliorer les performances de l’entreprise
Ouvert à voyager jusqu’à 10 % des heures travaillées

De préférence
Forte préférence pour une personne maîtrisant SFDC
Capable d’exercer plusieurs fonctions et travailler pour diverses organisations, en plus de savoir instaurer des relations de travail de confiance
Capable d’apprendre et de suivre les processus tout en identifiant leurs possibilités d’amélioration
Capacité à gérer les conflits et les situations difficiles
