**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
- Lead a zero harm workplace and mind set.
- Develop and enhance OneStream frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into functional solution design options and ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired.
- Collaborate with IT teams on any issues involving architecture and design of data repositories, including development of new tables and OneStream frameworks.
- Develops/maintains appropriate documentation on reports / dashboards / scorecards, during the development lifecycle.
- Able to manage the change and release management of development, updates and upgrades.
- Provide OneStream & Blackline administrative support for functions such as Server configuration (architecture and design) and Security (ex. permissions for users, managing capabilities for license types).
- Provide continuous improvement and collaboration with the Finance community to provide OneStream coaching and support.
- Ability to manage SIT & UAT Testing, defect tracking, defect resolution, ongoing status reporting.
- Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now.
- Develop long term partnerships with business partners, vendors and employee groups.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years’ experience in Business System Analyst experience within Agile/Waterfall environment desired.
- Experience implementing IT projects for finance stakeholders in a global environment preferred
- Must have 3+ years experience with OneStream.
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or related field
- OneStream Certified Associate Administration Certification OR OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect Certification
