CONTACT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW

Join the adventure as a Contact Centre Representative (CCR) in our Contact Centre and Emergency Roadside Services Department Providing friendly and knowledgeable support, guidance, and assistance to our members during roadside assistance calls.

As a CCR, you will embody our core values of TEAMWORK, INTEGRITY, SERVICE EXCELLENCE, and RESPECT & INCLUSIVITY. You will be the ambassador of CAA Niagara, the first point of contact for our members in need.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Delivering outstanding member experiences as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and care.
- Responsively addressing inquiries, offering effective solutions, and ensuring members feel valued and supported.
- Skillfully navigating software and tools to assist members efficiently and accurately.
- Obtaining and sharing precise information about members' locations and service requirements.
- Assisting dispatchers as needed to maintain operational continuity.
- Achieving personal and team targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

This is not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as permanent or temporary, where needs are required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To be given serious consideration for this position, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
**Experience**: A minimum of 2+ years in Customer Service, Experience in incoming support contact centre considered an asset.

**Skills**: Strong phone and verbal skills, and you should thrive in high-pressure environments, exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail skills.

**Characteristics**: Strong customer focus, proficient at understanding and catering to diverse personalities, demonstrates adaptability to various customer communication styles, exceptional stress tolerance, able to effectively manage challenging interactions while maintaining professionalism
