Are you ready to chill out with a cool career opportunity? Advantage Refrigeration is looking for a Sales and Relationship Representative to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. If you have a knack for sales, a passion for building relationships, and a great sense of humor, we want to hear from you In this role, you'll be responsible for cold calling, managing customer complaints, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls, in person and over the phone, to potential clients to introduce Advantage Refrigeration's products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by over-communicating within the team and with clients, and by maintaining a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
