**SALARY RANGE: $56,649-$57,849**

The Chimo Family Wellness program is delivered in partnership between Chimo Youth Retreat and the Edmonton Region Child and Family Services. Using the Collaborative Service Delivery (CSD) model, the program provides a continuum of services to improve the outcomes for children, youth and families in our region.

The Family Wellness Coordinator Team Lead builds and maintains positive relationships with the families, works cooperatively with Children Services workers and other invested partners, makes appropriate internal and external referrals, and completes all required administration functions. This position reports to the Family Wellness Program Supervisor and assists the Program Supervisor with leadership tasks, as required, as well as supports the team when the Program Supervisor is away.

**The FWC Team Lead will be responsible for providing the following services**:

- Maintain a caseload to support children, youth and families, as indicated by Children’s Services planning form.
- Provide leadership, orientation, training, facilitation and skill development opportunities to all Family Wellness staff in conjunction with Supervisors at each site.
- Fill in for some of the duties of supervisor when supervisor is away.
- Possess knowledge of community resources that support families.
- Build positive relationships and work collaboratively with families, CS staff and other stakeholders.
- Maintain effective cross-functional relationships with staff, colleagues, and partners.
- Responsible for rotational On-Call supports to families, colleagues and the CS After Hours Unit
- Work effectively with all Chimo Family Wellness staff and leadership.
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving as a means to provide high-quality services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent facilitation, organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and skill in the area contemporary practices, including but not limited to; understanding of life span developmental theories, Foundations of Caregiver Support, Signs of Safety, Appreciative Inquiry, Peacemaking Circles, Trauma Informed/Resiliency Focused Practices and Life Long Connections.
- Teaching, role modeling, coaching and assisting staff in skill development as it pertains to contemporary practices.
- Contributing to the on-going successful development of the Chimo Family Wellness Program.

**Education and Credentials;**
- Degree in the Human Services field (Child & Youth Care, Social Work, etc.)
- Minimum two years of experience in a front-line role within Human Services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $56,649.00-$57,849.00 per year
