- **NATURE & SCOPE**

The field operations supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting all of the fleet washing operations on a day-to-day basis, including staff management, scheduling, and asset allocation. The field operations supervisor is also responsible for ensuring quality cleaning services of vehicles in accordance with company and customer requirements. Additionally, the field operations supervisor will continuously ensure that customer service remains the number one priority.
- **MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Provide oversight and support for field staff
- Train, develop, and motivate staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Hire, discipline, and terminate staff as needed
- Ensure staff are providing exemplary customer service to all fleet customers
- Manage customer complaints and keep management promptly informed
- Report all non-conformances to the National Operations Manager
- Prepare preventative action plans when required to address operational quality concerns
- Ensure work orders are completed and accurate each day
- Manage inventory of supplies and reorder as needed
- Ensure fuel levels are topped up in each truck and pressure washer to minimize downtime
- Ensure equipment including but not limited to the company trucks, pressure washers, and temperature monitors are all in excellent working order at all times
- Address any temperature fluctuations that take place in the company fleet vehicles
- Develop and change processes as required to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Promote the Canadian Mobile Wash brand at all times. Be ready to speak to potential customers at any time
- Effectively communicate with both external and internal contacts
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with all customers
- Thoroughly and accurately complete all paperwork that supports field operations and tracking
- Continue to conduct the duties of a mobile wash specialist to ensure seamless operations**:Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests**:

- Operating pressure washers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
- Using cleaning, protectives, and other agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance
- Preforming inspections and keeping a complete, accurate record of customer vehicle cleaning and condition
- Carry out mobile wash duties in accordance with all safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned by management
- JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience)**Education and job experience**:

- **At least 1 year in the fleet care industry**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario's driver’s License with a good driving record
- Experience with understanding fleet washing and how to effectively clean various types of exteriors, interiors, cargo areas, and trailers.
- Specific skills
- **Proven ability to manage time, set priorities, and multi-task in order to meet various competing work deadlines**:

- Attention to detail and excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Dependable, punctual, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning and using new skills
- Flexibility in working different shifts as required to meet customer requirements
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold standards of service quality
- Ability to perform all technical duties involved in the successful execution of wash services
- This position requires a significant degree of self-starting and independence
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Excellent phone etiquette

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
