**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday to Friday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
- On call and must be flexible to work after hours.

The intent of this role is to supervise and coordinate daily requirements regarding all facets of service work and projects within the Field Operations. The individual must be well versed in all divisions of service and project work as well as availability of vested resources.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Establish clear and precise communication protocol with all divisions of the utility.
- Manage and coordinate field outages, main breaks, and other field related escalations.
- Work with Management to review and approve obtained project quotes and organize resources.
- Understand the process to create and submit target sheets to the utility for all project work.
- Upon approval for all project work, organize the time window scheduling, ordering of material and scheduling of resources for work completion.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish.
- Implement regular schedule for visiting each of the ongoing projects to determine whether target deadline will be obtained.
- Participate as needed, in special adhoc projects and meetings aimed at all levels of field related objectives.
- Willingness and flexibility to be available and well versed to attend to questions and/or concerns regarding the utility and or the field workers.
- Lakeside Health & Safety Policy - Clearly Understand the Requirement.
- Ability to handle and investigate claims and customer complaints in a thorough, effective, and professional manner.
- Arrange for corrective action and provide close out to any of the utility QA or QC faults.
- Exceptional computer skills (MS Office Applications).

**EDUCATION AND Experience REQUIREMENT**
- Must have obtained an Ontario high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have obtained a post-secondary diploma as a licensed gas technician or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of Gas Technician experience (coaching/training); **G1 license required.**:

- Experience within the gas industry and/or service sector is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and consent to additional security check(s).
- Ability to display and contribute a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability.
- Bilingual in both French and English is an asset

**WORKING AT A LAKESIDE LOCATION**
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Ability to travel and drive to multiple locations within your assigned region.
- Exposed to outdoor work environment in extreme cold and/or hot temperatures.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
