**Responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les visiteurs;
- Enregistrer les entrées et sorties;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, rediriger et prendre les messages;
- Fixer les rendez-vous pour des résidents;
- Fournir des renseignements généraux en personne ou par téléphone;
- Exécuter toute autre tâche de reliée à l'emploi.

**Exigences**:

- Bilingue à l’oral (français et anglais);
- Capacité d’écrire dans une des deux langues;
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Office;
- Être polyvalent, autonome, organisé et axé sur le service clientèle;
- Démontrer un esprit d’équipe et de collaboration;
- Expérience dans un service à la clientèle ou une expérience similaire est un atout;
- Expérience dans une résidence pour personnes âgées est un atout.

**Responsabilités**:

- Greet visitors;
- Record entries and exits;
- Answer phone calls, redirect and take messages;
- Make appointments for residents;
- Provide general information in person or by phone;
- Perform any other job-related task.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual orally (French and English);
- Ability to write in one of the two languages;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Be versatile, autonomous, organized and focused on customer service;
- Demonstrate a team spirit and collaboration;
- Experience in customer service or similar experience is an asset;
- Experience in a retirement home is an asset.
