**Responsibilities**:
Personal assistant tasks; schedule management, keeping appointments, maintaining confidential and sensitive information, handling mobile phone, organizing meals, assisting with laundry, cleaning, maintenance and banking services, providing transportation, facilitate relations, personal errands
Professional tasks; maintenance of workspaces, including light cleaning, community engagement with social media, overseeing office outsourcing for maintenance, custodial and IT services, record keeping, drafting documents, filtering reports by providing written summaries weekly, screening calls, transcribe meetings,

Bonus: eagerness to experiment and learn, production hardware/software (Microsoft, Google, Wacom, Adobe, AutoDesk, AudioKinetic, etc.), project management, multilingual, web/content development, familiarity with the Niagara region, staying up-to-date on trends, interest in arts & entertainment, caring philanthropic nature and interest in bettering the community, curious and adventurous attitude
