**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals receiving care.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving skills and techniques.
- Familiarity with senior care, or assisted living is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
