**Job Description**:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
- Make meaningful connections
- Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
- Leverage our product to tell stories
- Add joy to our customers’ lives
- Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet
- Leave a lasting impression

IF PART OF TASK OPERATIONS TEAM YOU'LL....
- Support the daily operations of the store, before store open (5AM start time) if hired on the task team.
- Support monthly/quarterly operations after store close for inventory or large merchandise moves if part of the task team
- Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, shelve products, and receive and process incoming store merchandise
- Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store
- Add joy to our customers’ lives
