We provide IT that works and offer know-how and access to latest technologies.

We are currently seeking a talented Project Delivery Lead to join our team at BASF´s Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

**As a Project Delivery Lead, you create chemistry by...**:

- Partnering with business stakeholders to solicit and document end-to-end business requirements including personas, process flows, data requirements and edge cases.
- Aligning new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders.
- Understanding and translating level business requirements in order to effectively lead IT delivery.
- Taking ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team.
- Understanding the technical requirements of deliverables and align them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary.
- Ensuring the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps.
- Supporting the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team.
- Collecting feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/I's ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitating productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration.

**If you have...**:

- A Bachelor´s degree in computer science or an equivalent.
- Work experience within Digital teams and jobs.
- Experience in internal or external Stakeholder Management.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end software development project leadership, architecture, and solutions.
- Leadership experience within agile organizations including facilitating agile ceremonies, project and capacity planning.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
