Change ManagerLocation: Montreal, QC_HybridDuration: 12+monthsResponsibilities:Provide change management support on global initiatives which aim to transform the work of the HCM departmentConduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to be able to make strategic recommendations about change approach, inclusive of engagement activities, communications, training and go-live supportSupport Project Leads distill complex information into digestible and meaningful content for use in a wide variety of forums, including the creation of related executive talking-points and PowerPoint presentationsPrepare and support the Change Management Lead meetings to both internal (HCM) and client (business unit and divisional) forums to various stakeholdersSupport team members and change champions across multiple teams/locations.Ensure consistent change management approach is used across the regional projects, then tailor for the needs of the individual projectLead administrative organization including meeting scheduling, forum planning and workshops Qualifications: Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceExperienced change management and project management skillsUniversity degree and/or 2-4+ years Change Management or Project Management experienceStrong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skillsAbility to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels-Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced, high change environment-Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skillsStrong business writing skills-Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing prioritiesOverall experience in hands-on change management-MS- PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essentialThanksDrishtiLanceSoft Inc.
