**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a **Financial Analyst, FP&A** to join our Finance team on a **full-time** basis. This position is based our of our Head Office located in **Toronto**.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Support the management of key FP&A Controls & Compliance, and provide the necessary insights and analysis to further enhance the control framework for the following areas, including but not limited to:
Master Data related to Price and Customer Discount
Discount management on sales orders
- Support in development of monthly audit evidence for journal entries
- Create, review and maintain regulatory compliance documentation
- Understand business process flows and develop solutions to improve processes
- Develop and maintain effective system to monitor control environment and minimize risk
- Support the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures as required
- Support the audit process and requests
- Interact with external auditors and ELC internal audit team
- Other roles and responsibilities as require

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal/external audit, risk assessment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum 2 years experience in related positions
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or another relevant fiel
