**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage Dupray’s social media strategy, editorial calendar, content, publications and reporting for all social platforms.
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing plans in collaboration with respective business units.
- Create campaigns and partner with brand ambassadors and influencers.
- Be responsible for social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Build strong social media campaigns that gain immediate engagement, ensuring a strong content mix; using innovation to deliver best in class social media plans which are fresh, relevant and exciting.
- Keep abreast of social media trends, best practices & competitive benchmarks to provide ongoing insights to marketing partners.
- Be responsible for developing, executing and reporting social content, increasing social following and engagement.
- Develop creative campaigns, constantly testing the marketing messages to identify content and media that are best suited to our target audience across our multiple channels.
- Measure the performance of social initiatives: traffic acquisition, user engagement, etc.
- Work closely with Marketing, Graphic Designers, Paid Media & Customer Service.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma in marketing or equivalent.
- 3 years experience in social media & web.
- Highly creative.
- Ability to test, react, and adapt accordingly.
- Developed sense of aesthetics.
- Highly organized.
- A keen eye for trends.
- Ability to write in different tones.
- Attention to detail.
- Influencer campaign management is an asset.

**Working environment**:
Very nice premises located near the Lachine Canal and Atwater market. Fully equipped with a terrace, kitchen and private gym. Stimulating and relaxed work environment.

- Créer et gérer la stratégie de médias sociaux de Dupray, le calendrier éditorial, le contenu, les publications et les rapports pour toutes les plateformes sociales.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de plans de marketing numérique en collaboration avec les unités d'affaires respectives.
- Créez des campagnes et collaborez avec les ambassadeurs de la marque et les influenceurs.
- Être responsable du calendrier de contenu des médias sociaux sur Instagram, Facebook, TikTok et Pinterest.
- Construire de solides campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux qui suscitent un engagement immédiat tout en garantissant une variété de contenus pertinents.
- Innover afin d’établir les meilleurs plans de médias sociaux de l’industrie en étant rafraîchissant, pertinent et passionnant.
- Être à l’affût des tendances des médias sociaux, des meilleures pratiques et des références concurrentielles afin de pouvoir en informer continuellement les partenaires marketing.
- Être responsable du développement, de l'exécution et du reporting du contenu social, de l'augmentation du suivi social et de l'engagement.
