Galien is the exclusive distributor of Bauerfeind products in Canada. Bauerfeind is a German-based company that offers a full range of innovative supports, orthoses, medical compression stockings and orthopedic orthoses to help individuals maintain and regain healthy lives. We are currently looking for a Inside Sales representative.
Your role as an Inside Sales Representative will be to assist, develop, and expand existing accounts. If you are enthusiastic, ambitious, and have a passion for sales, Galien is an excellent place to grow your career.
**Job Summary**:
- Support existing accounts through effective territory and account management. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing daily call schedule to manage and grow distribution channels.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to forecast their current and potential needs.
- Keep accounts updated on new products and marketing initiatives.
- Assist customers with placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Handle customer complaints and provide them with appropriate and alternative solutions to their issues. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process all customer orders.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Excellent organization skills
- Microsoft office 365, SAP Business One
- Virtual meeting platforms
- Experience or educational background in Kinesiology, Athletic Therapist or Orthotist
- Bilingualism: English and French
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to overcome objections from potential clients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
