Windigo Contracts LP. has several remote camps in Northern Ontario. All positions Fly-in/ Fly-out on a 14-day rotation (14 days of work, followed by 14 days off) and 12-hour shifts.

Windigo Contracts LP is currently seeking experienced and responsible workers in the following position:
Camp Manager: to oversee and coordinate the smooth day-to-day operations of an assigned camp ranging from 100-150 person camp.

The Camp Manager is responsible to:

- Ensure the health and safety of all camp staff and residents by enforcing all camp rules, health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure that quality camp services are maintained at an acceptable level for customer satisfaction and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate and complete "camp operations and maintenance logs, records and reports in a timely manner.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll and daily and weekly meetings.
- Direct and supervise the activities and training of all camp staff.
- Inspecting, evaluating and ensuring the camp cleanliness, food quality and presentation and controlling inventory to meet or exceed expectation.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
- Performing administrative tasks which include liaisons with the client, oversee all check-ins, check-outs, daily accommodation reconciliation and various other reports related to camp hoteling.
- Ensure safe facility operations and complete maintenance duties
- Snow shovelling at entrances, offices and main entrances
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues of camp trailers (heating, plumbing and electrical)
- General maintenance problems if necessary
- Check fuel, sewage and water lines daily
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Camp or hotel management experience is an asset
- Other miscellaneous duties as required

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
