Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Window Cleaning Services**: Clean windows, glass doors, glass partitions, and other glass surfaces for residential and commercial clients, ensuring they are streak-free and sparkling.
- **Use of Cleaning Equipment and Solutions**: Safely operate window cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, water-fed poles, and ladders. Use appropriate cleaning solutions to achieve optimal results without damaging surfaces.
- **Safety Practices**: Follow all safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety guidelines when working at heights or handling cleaning chemicals.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
- **Maintenance and Care of Equipment**: Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
- **Schedule Adherence**: Manage and adhere to the cleaning schedule, ensuring that all appointments are met punctually and efficiently.
- **Work Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of completed jobs, including time spent, services provided, and customer feedback.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete larger projects and share best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the cleaning process, finding effective solutions to ensure high-quality service.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest window cleaning techniques and industry trends. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and comfortably use ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe handling.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
